Can I get help with my own computer or tablet?
Yes! We offer individual technical support sessions where we can help set up your personal device, install software, or troubleshoot problems you're experiencing at home.
What if I forget something after class?
That's completely normal! You can call us during business hours for quick reminders, or book a practice session to review what you've learned with gentle guidance.
Do you provide support after I finish all the courses?
Absolutely. Once you've completed our courses, you can still contact us for help or attend our monthly alumni sessions where former students gather to practice and learn new skills.
Is there an extra charge for support services?
Phone support and take-home guides are included with your course fees. Individual technical sessions and extended practice time are available for a small additional fee.
